Hope you enjoyed the weekend and have had a great start to your week. Though the weather has been a bit crazy in NYC for the past month, it’s all about how you choose to look at it and spend your day.  For instance, when it rains, it’s a wonderful time to curl up and read a book or snuggle with a loved one; or my favorite, go for a walk.  We all make choices in life, thus, CHOOSE JOY for your day and see what happens.
