Hello everyone,

Hope everyone has been having a wonderful weekend. By now, the kids are back to school (for those that have them) and the craziness of entertaining them through the summer months are over. For those without kids, it’s a time when we can start relaxing in the pre-holiday bliss as the days begin to get shorter and the nights get a little cooler. Remember to take a little time for yourself each day even if it’s only fifteen minutes in a tub with uninterrupted silence.

Today I’m proud to reveal BDSM WRITERS CON 2014 logo. The logo was conceptualized by myself and Rose C. Carole as we worked on various aspects of conference planning. I’m sharing with you our crude drawing, because I want to give special thanks to Vikki Jankowski who took our drawing and transformed it into the beautiful logo it is today.

We feel the design encompasses the foundation of what BDSM WRITERS CON is about. It’s about the various aspects of power exchange relationships:  Dominant women/submissive men, Dominant men/submissive women, and LGBT Dominance and submission. These relationships are at the heart of any realistic D/s relationship. Whether it’s from the author’s perspective when creating her characters and the reader’s perspective as he or she reads the story.

Because we loved it so much and wanted to keep the connection between BDSM WRITERS CON and the BEST BDSM BOOK OF THE YEAR 2014–Book Contest, we decided to keep the conference logo and wrap the BOOK CONTEST information around it.
