Now for important conference information:
Our Kick-Off Mix & Mingle is open to participants only. We’ll be meeting at the TexMex restaurant next door at 7:15 p.m. We’ll have our own section. We have a special buffet style menu with non-alcoholic beverages included for just $25. Please email me to confirm your attendance. Yes, confirm again now so I can ensure you’re on the list. (Everyone is responsible for their own meal.)
Author Buddy Network Program is open to authors and aspiring authors only. We will meet at the conference suite in the hotel from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. Just ask the hotel to call me for the room number/location.
Registration will start promptly at 9:00 a.m. Thursday at the Grand Ballroom in our host hotel on the first floor. It’s just past the ramps across from the restrooms. All activities will be held at the hotel unless otherwise specified in the Program Notebook.
This summer we’re doing things a little different and adding more flavor. Our Golden Flogger Award Ceremony is being held Thursday at 5:00 p.m. and our Book Fair will be Friday 1:30 – 3:00 p.m.
