Can you believe we have only 23-days before BDSM Writers Con? With every day that it gets closer and closer, my heart speeds up a little more. I’m greatly looking forward to meeting you all in person and sharing this very special time with you. It’s the culmination of one of my dreams—to bring BDSM education to authors and readers on a grand scale. At this time, we have 150 authors and readers attending; thirteen of which are author’s husbands something unheard of in other conferences. I love it! Hotel
We are release all excess rooms on July 31; therefore, ensure to make your reservations to take advantage of the hotel discount. 24-hour Reservation Hotline 888-833-3969 Discount code: Writers Con. Even if you’re not sure of your dates, lock-in your savings and book your hotel room, you can adjust the dates around later. If you have friends who aren’t attending the conference but would like to take advantage of our hotel discount, please feel free to provide them the information as well.
One-Day Pass
We have opened the conference for individuals who can’t attend the entire conference to join us for One-Day. Please review our website for further information and registration options. This option is great for husbands who don’t want to attend the entire conference but wish to share the Live Demos & Club Night with their wives.
Sightseeing on Wednesday
If you’re coming early and want to enjoy some time sightseeing and don’t want to do it alone, contact author Marla Monroe who will be spearheading a morning/early afternoon outing.
Mix & Mingles
(1) There are several Mix & Mingles happening. One pre-conference on Wednesday night where we’ll go out to dinner and enjoy the Shake Rattle & Roll Dueling Pianos entertainment. (Note: Dueling Pianos is not part of BDSM Writers Con and you must purchase your tickets from their website. It’s only $20. The best entertainment you’ll find in NYC for such a low price. And yes, you’ll be able to talk to others even sing to them as we share a few drinks, good food, and a few laughs.)
(2) Thursday Mix & Mingle will be from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at Paddles. We’ll have some light fare and beverages. Best of all, we have the club to ourselves to play with the equipment, take photos and have fun. We’ll also announce the winners of our BDSM Writers Con Book Contest. Afterward, you’ll be able to explore NYC.
(3) Our Private BDSM Party will also be a fun Mix & Mingle where you can ask questions and explore. Plus, we’ll have a Body Artist, Jim Su who will create wonderful designs wherever you want on your body. He works for tips. Not to worry, the paints will easily come off with water…a great excuse to have help in the tub.
BDSM Writers Con Anthology
I’ve saved the best for last. This year we’ve partnered up with Lori Perkins, Publisher of Riverdale Avenue Books to bring you our First Annual BDSM Writers Con Anthology. Over twenty of our Featured Authors will be participating as well as a few of our Contest Finalist (we want to give you some brand new authors to fall in love with as well). You’ll be able to obtain your very own copy at the conference for its debut.
Please remember to spread the word about BDSM Writers Con and our FREE Sunday BDSM Book Fair & Between The Covers Erotica Reading Series with family and friends on your websites, social media and everywhere you can think of. Yes, we’d love to see an ad in the sky or on the Blimp. Wouldn’t that be an awesome first for the Blimp. Grins.
