  1. Hi, my name is pip and I live in Darwin, Australia. But grew up in Melbourne. I did a little bit of work at Hellfire (fetish club). And have been in a dom/sub relationship before. I enjoy certain practices that don’t mix with the majority of society. And that most aren’t or wouldn’t be accustomed to. It is also, an almost, underground scene, which isn’t easy to gain knowledge or connections to without internet/cyber world.
So if I may please ask you, for any knowledge and/or information you may be able to help me get started with hosting a BDSM or play party. My friend has just opened an adult shop n is online. So my thoughts are to / want to try and offer people something different, or to some something normal or just something at all. I’m not looking into the “normal” sex industry (brothels). I’m looking to cater for those that need/want

    • Hi Pip. Thanks for your inquiry. This was a discussion conducted during BDSM Writers Con 2013 with the owner of Paddles and in 2014. I would recommend speaking to club owners in Australia as your city/state laws and regulations would be different than the US. I also invite you to join us for our next BDSM Writers Con in Everett WA or NYC in 2016.

      Live with passion,
