Please be sure to provide us with a copy ready picture size 5 x 8, 300 DPI’, JPG format.  All book covers are black & white, inside notebook. Only back cover ads are in full color.

Text ads should be 5-line up to 70 characters only. Ensure the fifth line includes your name or website information. Remember you can purchase up to five additional lines of text per text ad for only $10. Click here to order

Your ad will be placed in the upcoming Program Notebook. If you purchase more than one Combo Ad (prior to February) and only one cover & one text ad is provided, we will place the second Combo ad in our next Program Notebook so you have one Combo Ad in each conference. If you are providing multiple covers, we’ll place them all in the same Program Notebook unless you instruct us otherwise.

Ads received up-to February 1st will be used in the Everett Program Notebook.

Ads received after February 1st will be used in the New York City Program Notebook.
